The staff were friendly and always welcomed us with a smile. The hotel provided complimentary coffee and cookies (and dog cookies!) in the lobby, which was nice. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, good quality and a large selection of food and beverages.

I enjoyed how big and clean the room was, they had a room with a Iron machine for your clothes you could go to. I didn't have time to try the gym and the relax area but maybe next time I will do that. The staff was really helpful and friendly.

The room was spacious and confomrtable, having everything needed for my stay. The location of the hotel is very good, close to the train/bus station and city center. The breakfast was great.

The room looked great, I had a single room with a single bed which was very nice and cosy. There were a few marks on the walls, but nothing too bad, you could forget about them easily. The bathroom was clean and spacious. The staff was very nice and helpful, and the breakfast was very good. However it took me a while to realize how the lights work haha

Such a great hotel, with our rooms overlooking the great Sofiakyrkan church and the spa was all kinds of nice. The staff was extremely accommodating and made us feel like home.

That the hotel could include parking slot & fee in my booking. Very important, especially now in EV times when car charging is of additional importance. Sadly and strangely Booking.com does not support this at all. But Hotel Savoy did! Excellent.

The room was nice with a high celing, it felt spatious. The breakfast was excellent! Even though the hotel was next to a noicy pub, it was quiet in the room. Nice location next to a beautiful church.

The location is pretty good and it's easy to find it. The staff is quite nice and helpful.

The patio rooms at floor 3 and up face noise from airco ventilators.
